To allow employee/head to send/add permission requests in the past.
- Allowed minutes per permission:
The number of minutes between the maximum and minimum limits that are allowed for the employee to have during a permission.
- Compensate permission minutes:
(0) No – (1) Yes.
- Max permission minutes:
The maximum number of minutes allowed in a permission.
- Min permission minutes:
The minimum number of minutes allowed in a permission.
Attendance
- Allow head to edit schedule in the past:
(0) No – (1) Yes.
- Allow head edit attendance:
(0) No – (1) Yes.
- Attendance flex minutes:
A number of fixed minutes provided to the employee not to attend in time but yet compensate these minutes.
- Attendance flex minutes timing:
The application will automatically provide the predefined flex minutes as; (0) Before Shift – (1) After Shift – (2) Before and After Shift.
- Balance added to normal balance as compensation for working on formal vacation:
The number of days that would be compensated to an employee for working on a formal vacation.
- Balance added to normal balance as compensation for working on weekend:
The number of days that would be compensated to an employee for working on a weekend.
- Log in logs processing threshold in minutes applied for daily and monthly target hours attendance schemes:
A scale of minutes set before and after the attendance times by which the employee punches in and out would count, if the punch skipped this time scale it will not count in the attendance sheet.

Vacation
- Allow head manage vacations in the past:
To allow employee/head to send/add vacation requests in the past.
- Casual vacation max duration days:
The maximum number of days to be taken successively as casual vacation.
- Max casual balance to be relayed to next year:
The maximum number of casual vacation days to be moved to next year’s balance.
- Max normal balance to be relayed to next year:
The maximum number of normal vacation days to be moved to next year’s balance.
- Min days before normal vacation:
The minimum number of days that the employee should notify his head with normal vacation.
- User to be notified upon request acceptance:
The user that should be notified with the vacation request acceptance other than the employee (i.e. HR).
Employee
- Days to notify head with employees pending for evaluation:
The number of days that you should notify a head before with his employees’ evaluations time.
- Days to notify HR with employees pending for evaluation:
The number of days that you should notify a HR before with employees’ evaluations.
- Delete account for terminated employee:
