In order to delete an existing employee:
  • Open the Employees Listing form the Human Resources menu.
  • Press on the blue “Actions” button next to the employee’s name.
  • Choose delete.

Hint: You can delete any existing employee as long as he didn’t make any actions such as: vacation, permission, or be enrolled into the pay roll process. In these cases, the employee’s profile could not be deleted.
