  1. [BK] Enable users to choose whether to reset existing accounts before importing the new ones or append to existing ones.
  2. [CAB] The following new parameters have been introduced to pay-rule formula editor:

    • Attendance cycle days: counts number of days during the attendance cycle.
    • payroll cycle days: counts number of days during the payroll cycle.
    • tenure days within attendance cycle: counts employee’s tenure period within the attendance cycle.
    • tenure days within the payroll cycle: counts employee’s tenure period within the attendance cycle.
    • tenure to attendance cycle ratio: ratio of (employee’s tenure period within the attendance cycle) / (attendance cycle days).
    • tenure to payroll cycle ratio: ratio of (employee’s tenure period within the payroll cycle) / (payroll cycle days).
    • interval start day index: tracks index of first day in the period of the apply range.
    • interval end day index: tracks index of last day in the period of the apply range.
  3. [Common] Added new search filter for users listing page by user status (enabled / disabled) users, and search applied upon pressing enter.
  4. [E-INV] Add new confirmation dialog before initiating cancel document request or decline document rejection request from ETA side.

  11. [REC] User can now start a new active period for an existing vacancy while keeping log records for active periods in the following format:
    • Start Date.
    • End Date.
    • Created by user.
    • Created on.

    Note that the user cannot edit the start-date of a vacancy period if period has already started, while it is possible to edit end-date to today or future value. The following user-levels have the permissions to edit or start a new period:

    • Recruitment Supervisor.
    • Vacancy Approver.
    • Vacancy Editor.
  12. [REC] Added a new search field to the vacancy list page to search vacancies by position grade.
  13. [REC] Ability to send a rejection email to candidates that failed the interview.
  14. [REC] On the application submission page, a new drop down boxes are added to enter candidate’s country and city.
  15. [REC] On adding a new vacancy / vacancy request, the user is enabled to load the job description from the position’s setup.
  16. [SalesForce] Introduced “Tags” which allow setting up tags on multi dimensions. User can assign up to one tag from each dimension to a suggested connection.

  18. [SalesForce] Introduced a way to define connection source, now you can set up a list of sources and define which source each connection came from, and you have the ability to filter connections by a source.
  19. [SalesForce] Introduced a way to define one or more owners for each connection to define the sales persons who own each connection.
  20. [SalesForce] Activities Listing page is now availed in “Tabular” and “Calendar” formats. The “Tabular” format displays activity attributes and possible actions (view, edit, change status, assign new activity).
  21. [SalesForce] Introduced a way to limit the management of connection and activity per user-level:
    • Salesperson can only view and manage his connections and activities.
    • Sales Team Lead can view and manage all team’s connections and activities.
    • Sales Manager can view and manage all company’s connections and activities.

Bug Fixes

  1. [BK] Importing chart of account gives a success message while no data imported.
  2. [BK] Update multiple journals gives an error message while journals have been updated successfully.
  3. [E-INV] Refreshing a document causes corresponding company name to disappear.
  4. [INV] Income report page issues:
    • Tax types were not calculating correctly.
    • Print report did not work.
  5. [INV] Add / Edit invoice, standalone tax row did not respect tax type nature (addition/deduction).
  6. [INV] Add / Edit standalone tax row did not respect tax type nature (addition/deduction).
  7. [Org] Organization info was not displayed unless the edit button is clicked.
