Changes
- [HR] User can send permission requests whether his calendar is assigned or not.
Upon request acceptance: - If calendar is not assigned, it gets assigned.
- If the day is vacation/holiday/weekend, request fails.
- [HR] User can send shift requests in the future, and in non assigned calendar days.
Upon request acceptance: - If calendar is not assigned, it gets assigned.
- If the day is vacation, request fails.
- If the day is holiday, it gets converted into “Working on Holiday”.
- If day is weekend, it gets converted into “Working on Weekend”.
- [HR] User can request/add multiple permissions on the same day.
- [HR] If a requested shift intersects with an existing permission, it does not get blocked anymore.
- [CAB] Unpaid payroll cycle transactions are no more displayed in “Payroll Cycle Transactions” page.
Enhancements
- [HR] “Employment Status” filter in “Employees Listing” page is set to “Working” by default.
- [CAB] Employee and Head receive an email when HR/Direct Head applies relevant policy.
New Features
- [CAB] In “Salary Sheet” page “Export Pay Sheet” button is added.
- [CAB] In “Payroll Cycle Transactions” page, the following buttons are added: “Button Takes User to Salary Sheet Page”, “Export Salary Sheet” and “Export Pay Sheet”.
