A probation period is a trial period for the newly hired employee; this period is set by default to be three months.
After completing this period, the employee’s direct head gets notified and evaluates the employee. The employee answers a form consisted of a predefined set of questions (these questions are editable as well). Then, the direct head recommends either the employee should be kept or released.
