We have four contract types:

  • Full Time
  • Part Time

  • Management by Objective “MBO”
  • Trainee

Full Time

A type of contract that applies to all the company’s policies, as the employee has to attend all working days and
hours according to the employee’s schedule, shift, and the company’s policy. If the employee didn’t arrive for any reason, this will be considered absence unless the employee has sent a request for vacation, permission, or errand to his direct head and this request was accepted, otherwise, the employee will be subjected to the assigned penalty according to his case.

Part Time

A type of contract that doesn’t obligate the employee to attend all working days and/or hours and that’s according to the employee’s schedule and the company’s policy. But though, the employee is committed to a specific number of days per week and/or hours per day to attend, otherwise he will be subjected to the assigned penalty according to his case. Part Time employees also have to send requests to their direct heads before having any vacations, permissions, or errands in order not to apply the penalty.

Management by Objective “MBO”

A type of contract that doesn’t obligate the employee to any working days or hours, the employee doesn’t have to punch in or out as well; there is no attendance. So, employees with this contract type receive their complete salary regardless their attendance or absence, as they are usually the company’s top management. MBO employees are not subjected to the penalties set by the company’s policy.

Trainee

A type of contract that doesn’t follow any policy as the trainee is not obligated to punch in or out, or even attend complete working days or hours. There is a fixed salary set for the trainee that is not affected by his attendance. So, the trainee doesn’t apply to any penalties set by the company’s policy.
