1. Go to Personnel main menu.
  2. Open “Setup” sub menu.
  3. Select “Departments”.
  4. Click on “+ Department” top button.
  5. A dialog box will open.
  6. Write department’s name.
  7. Select manger (from users drop down) – Optional.
  8. Select deputy manager (from users drop down) – Optional.
  9. Select schedule template (predefined on modulus).
  10. Set number of hours allowed as permissions per month.
  11. Set daily working hours.
  12. Select attendance scheme.
  13. Write description for this department (if exists).
  14. Click on save.
  15. Department is added successfully.
