It is a document that is monthly delivered to the employee right after the payroll cycle is generated in which his salary details are illustrated. It is a page in which you can view all the employees’ payslips.
Main Filter
From this filter panel HR user has two options:
- Select an employee, and then the filter panel will change to “Employee Filter” and user will be able to display a single employee’s payslip in a specific payroll cycle.
- Select a payroll cycle, and the print button will be activated to a list of all employees’ payslips that exist within the selected payroll cycle (in a print view, ready for printing).

Pay Slip
Hint: In order to choose the payroll cycle, it has to be calculated and approved first.
Buttons
Users who view Salary Slip
- HR: Views employees’ payslips.
- Employee: Only views his own pay slip; he logs in to his account, and select a payroll cycle.
