To Add Vacation Type

  1. Click on “+ Vacation Type” button.
  2. A dialog box will appear.
  3. Fill in the required data.

Buttons

Payroll Cycles_Delete Button To delete/disable vacation type.


Setup_Pay Rules_Enable Button To enable vacation type.


Vacation Types_Edit_Button To edit vacation type.

Hint:

  • You cannot delete vacation type once it is used; but it will be disabled.
  • The direct head can only add the “Allow Request” vacations to his subordinates.
  • You should check “Allow Partial” check box, to apply a less than a day vacation.
