A. System Setup
1. Cities
Most cities and districts are pre-defined to Modulus platform. However, user may like to add more cities and districts to it; you can define cities and districts from the system setup. Click here for more details.
2. Locations
All company’s location must be predefined to Modulus; you can define all locations from System setup. Click here for more details.
B. Personnel Setup
1. Schedule templates
They are different attendance patterns for the company. You can define any number of schedule templates to suit all conditions that a company would have for employees. Click here for more details.
2. Departments
Company structure shall be applied to Modulus to process the employees’ entry in a right way; therefor, departments and sub-departments shall be defined in Modulus. Click here for more details.
N.B. departments, sub-departments and positions can be defined while importing employees.
3. Employees’ details
Bulk import of an excel sheet including all basic data of employees; this step includes as well bulk import for some setup data such as departments, sub-departments, positions…etc. Click here for more details.
4. Vacation types and balances
Common vacation types mentioned by the Egyptian work law come defined by default with modulus. Yet, for the sake of flexibility modulus supports creating custom types of vacations. They must be configured before starting using the application. Click here for more details.
