Steps

  1. Go to Personnel main menu.
  2. Open “Setup” sub menu.
  3. Select “Departments”.
  4. Select a department for which you want to add sub department.
  5. Click on “+ Sub Department” button.
  6. A dialog box will open.
  7. Write sub department’s name.
  8. Select manger (from users drop down) – Optional.
  9. Select deputy manager (from users drop down) – Optional.
  10. Write description for this sub department (if exists).
  11. Click on save.
  12. Sub Department is added successfully.
