- Go to Personnel main menu.
- Open “Setup” sub menu.
- Select “Departments”.
- Click on “+ Department” top button.
- A dialog box will open.
- Write department’s name.
- Select manger (from users drop down) – Optional.
- Select deputy manager (from users drop down) – Optional.
- Select schedule template (predefined on modulus).
- Set number of hours allowed as permissions per month.
- Set daily working hours.
- Select attendance scheme.
- Write description for this department (if exists).
- Click on save.
- Department is added successfully.
