Changes
- [HR] Adjacent permissions/shifts, are automatically merged into one permission/shift.
- [HR] If Working on Weekend/Holiday balance compensation is enabled, the system will compensate employees for days with missed punches as well. However, missed punch policy is applied.
- [HR] In Add Employee Wizard: user can modify the max consumption and remaining values for vacation types that already have defined max consumption value.
- [HR] Vacation Fields are removed from “Import Employees Data” wizard. Vacations with max. consumption value are automatically set for imported employees.
- [HR] User can edit balance and remaining values for Vacation types with defined max. consumption through vacation profile page.
- [HR] Vacations Balances Page is removed from the “Reports” section and linked to “Vacations” button in the Main Menu.

New Features
- [HR] User can now define set of attributes for custom vacation types (Max. Successive Days, Days Before Entitlement, Max. Consumption, Relay, Reset, and Settle on Layoff).
- [HR] Recharge policy is applied for custom vacation-types on entitlement date. Full recharge for no-balance-reset types, and partial for annual-balance-reset types.
- [HR] Relay and Annual Recharge policies are applied for custom vacation-types on Jan 1st. This is for annual-balance-reset types with max consumption values greater than zero.
- [HR] Introduced the “Settle on layoff” option on a specific vacation-type. This option has the following effects applied:
- [HR] System calculates actual deserved balance for laid off employees and adjust the ending balance accordingly. This causes excess balance (+ve value), short balance (-ve value), or no balance (0 value).
- [HR] HR and CAB users are notified upon employee’s layoff with ending balances after settlement
- [CAB] User can setup system to create payroll transactions (addition/deduction) for laid off employees according to ending vacation balances after settlement.
- [HR] Ignore Effective Days option introduced on adding new vacation. This option cause the application to include weekend/holidays in the count of effective days of a vacation.
- [HR] Employee Bulk Actions: user can add/subtract minutes to/from the “Expected” attendance values for a bulk of employees between two dates.

- [HR] If employee is added on a date that is earlier to his vacation entitlement date: defined remaining balance is added as “Recharge Action”.
- [HR] If employee is added on a date that is later to his entitlement date: defined remaining balance is added as “Adjust Action”.

- [HR] User can break vacations that span over multiple payroll cycles, as long as one of them is “Pending”.
