A user doesn't receive emails from modulus?

  1. Check the spelling of the user's email and double check with his email in the "Users" page.
  2. If it is the same, validate the existence of this email using any email validation tool. 
  3. If it is valid, ask the user to send a test Email from his/her mailbox.
  4. If the email is received successfully, check if the email is bounced on "Mailgun". If yes, remove it from the bouncing list and check the reason of bouncing and make sure not to make the same reason that bounces the email.
