Employee has error in calculating social insurance?
- Check the social insurance formula in pay rules.
- Make sure the employee has social insurance salary items and their values are not zero.
- Check that the social insurance pay rule is enabled.
- Check the transactions for the calculated payroll cycle to check any factor that might affect the social insurance.i.e. a pay rule might applied to add or deduct in the social insurance pay code.
