• Make sure that his position is eligible for loans.
• Review loan configurations:

  1. His salary doesn't exceed the maximum salary to be eligible for loan.
  2. The loan amount doesn't exceed the amount eligible for him.
  3. Concurrent loans are enabled if he has a previous loan.
  4. He is allowed for a loan for the current period.

• Make sure that the first installment date is greater than the loan date.

On the other hand, you can apply the loan anyway by pressing on the "Save anyway" button.

• Make sure there is no calculated payroll cycle intersects with the loan date or first installment date.
