Attendance logs don't appear on modulus though there is integration with attendance device/s?

  • Make sure that Fingerprint device is connected online to the right database.
  • Make sure that you downloaded fingerprint logs from attendance device to its software.
  • Run the integration application on your device in order to link all logs to Modulus.
  • Wait a while until the processing action is done in order to process attendance logs to Modulus or make sure that all logs are found in the logs report.
