It is used in the formal documents such as the social insurance and every thing related to the government work. In case the user is dealing with the Egyptian government, the Full Name would better be written in the Arabic language.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Short Name<\/span>: First and Last name. It is used in the application only.<\/li>\n<li>Date of Birth<\/li>\n<li>Gender<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Nationality<\/span>: It\u00a0is not automatically completed, but the application suggests it from previous entries.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Religion<\/span>: Can be filled\u00a0from a\u00a0drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Military Status<\/span>: For male employees only. Can be filled\u00a0from the drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Marital Status<\/span>: It is whether the employee is married, single or divorced. Can be filled\u00a0from the drop down menu.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education<\/span>: The employee provides his educational\u00a0degrees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><div class=\"st-alert st-alert-info \">Hint: All of the previous information are essential to be filled, or\u00a0the &#8220;Next&#8221; It is chosen from a drop down menu that is set according to the company&#8217;s policy.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Notes<\/span>:\u00a0Add comments\u00a0(if needed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><div class=\"st-alert st-alert-info \">Hint:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Only the &#8220;Social Insurance Status&#8221;
