The salary sheet is created and <a href=\"https:\/\/modulus.help\/kb\/salary-slip\/\" target=\"_blank\">salary slips<\/a> are generated; every employee sees his own salary slip\u00a0as a result to\u00a0this process.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">Page Display<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"column col-half\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">From &#8211; the user didn&#8217;t start it.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Available Action: &#8220;Calculate&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em><span style=\"color: #75c702\">Calculated<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The HR user choose to start the cycle and it&#8217;s waiting for approval.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Available Actions: &#8220;Reset &#8211; Approve &#8211; Show Salary Sheet &#8211; Export to Excel &#8211; Transactions&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em><span style=\"color: #098518\">Approved<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The cycle is completely finished and the employees could view their salary slips.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Available Actions: Reset &#8211; Show Salary Sheet &#8211; Export to Excel &#8211; Transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\">The Cycle Process<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The user adds the start and end dates of the cycles to the application.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Based on the previous step, the application will automatically run the cycle\u00a0on time.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The user calculates the cycle.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Reset the cycle in case you want to make any edits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">The user gets to choose to calculate the cycle then approve it (if there is no need to edit it).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><div class=\"st-alert st-alert-info \">Hint:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Once the payroll cycle is calculated, it cannot be edited or deleted and the salary sheet is generated.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">In order to edit, you have to reset the cycle. &#8220;<em>Edit<\/em>&#8221; is to change the date on which the cycle will take place.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #333399\"><em>To Add Payroll Cycle<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"column col-half\"><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Click on &#8220;+ Payroll Cycle&#8221;
