They are the components of the employee’s monthly salary based on all the factors that affect the salary every month\u00a0such as: overtime, working on weekend, deduction, bonus… etc.<\/p>\n

Based on the company’s policy or pay rule<\/a>, all pay codes vary every month except for the “Salary” it’s always constant.<\/p>\n

Hint: Some pay codes are defined by pay rule and others are defined by the company’s policy<\/a>.<\/div>\n

The salary sheet is divided into a group of pay codes. The pay codes are the items by\u00a0which the employee’s monthly salary is calculated.<\/p>\n
