However, missed punch policy is applied.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] In Add Employee Wizard: user can modify the max consumption and remaining values for vacation types that already have defined max consumption value.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Vacation Fields are removed from &#8220;Import Employees Data&#8221; wizard. Vacations with max. consumption value are automatically set for imported employees.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] User can edit balance and remaining values for Vacation types with defined max. consumption through vacation profile page.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Vacations Balances Page is removed from the &#8220;Reports&#8221; section and linked to &#8220;Vacations&#8221; button in the Main Menu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Additional filter criteria added for the Vacations Balances Report; join date \/ layoff date \/ balance range of specific vacation type.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Additional filter criteria added for the Vacations Consumption Report; join date \/ layoff date \/ consumption range of specific vacation type.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[CAB] The recurrence in both Absence and Missed Punch policies starts on the 1st day of the payroll cycle, not on the 1st day of the month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #000080\">New Features<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] User can now define set of attributes for custom vacation types (Max. Successive Days, Days Before Entitlement, Max. Consumption, Relay, Reset, and Settle on Layoff).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Recharge policy is applied for custom vacation-types on entitlement date. Full recharge for no-balance-reset types, and partial for annual-balance-reset types.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Relay and Annual Recharge policies are applied for custom vacation-types on Jan 1st. This is for annual-balance-reset types with max consumption values greater than zero.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Introduced the &#8220;Settle on layoff&#8221; option on a specific vacation-type. This option has the following effects applied:\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>[HR] System calculates actual deserved balance for laid off employees and adjust the ending balance accordingly. This causes excess balance (+ve value), short balance (-ve value), or no balance (0 value).<\/li>\n<li>[HR] HR and CAB users are notified upon employee&#8217;s layoff with ending balances after settlement<\/li>\n<li>[CAB] User can setup system to create payroll transactions (addition\/deduction) for laid off employees according to ending vacation balances after settlement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>[HR] Ignore Effective Days option introduced on adding new vacation. This option cause the application to include weekend\/holidays in the count of effective days of a vacation.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Employee Bulk Actions: user can add\/subtract minutes to\/from the &#8220;Expected&#8221; attendance values for a bulk of employees between two dates.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] Add Employee:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>[HR] If employee is added on a date that is earlier to his vacation entitlement date: defined remaining balance is added as &#8220;Recharge Action&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>[HR] If employee is added on a date that is later to his entitlement date: defined remaining balance is added as &#8220;Adjust Action&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] New page added to import vacation types balances.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">[HR] User can break vacations that span over multiple payroll cycles, as long as one of them is &#8220;Pending&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Changes [HR] Adjacent permissions\/shifts, are automatically merged into one permission\/shift.
