{"id":2404,"date":"2017-04-10T14:13:35","date_gmt":"2017-04-10T12:13:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/modulus.help\/kb\/?p=2404"},"modified":"2018-01-31T11:27:31","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T09:27:31","slug":"version-6-7-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/modulus.help\/kb\/version-6-7-0\/","title":{"rendered":"Version 6.7.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"color: #000080\">Changes<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>[HR] User can send permission requests whether his calendar is assigned or not.<br \/>\nUpon request acceptance:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>If calendar is not assigned, it gets assigned.<\/li>\n<li>If the day is vacation\/holiday\/weekend, request fails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>[HR] User can send shift requests in the future, and in non assigned calendar days.<br \/>\nUpon request acceptance:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>If calendar is not assigned, it gets assigned.<\/li>\n<li>If the day is vacation, request fails.<\/li>\n<li>If the day is holiday, it gets converted into &#8220;Working on Holiday&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>If day is weekend, it gets converted into &#8220;Working on Weekend&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>[HR] User can request\/add multiple permissions on the same day.<\/li>\n<li>[HR] If a requested shift intersects with an existing permission, it does not get blocked anymore.<\/li>\n<li>[CAB] Unpaid payroll cycle transactions are no more displayed in &#8220;Payroll Cycle Transactions&#8221; page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080\">Enhancements<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>[HR] &#8220;Employment Status&#8221; filter in &#8220;Employees Listing&#8221; page is set to &#8220;Working&#8221; by default.<\/li>\n<li>[CAB] Employee and Head receive an email when HR\/Direct Head applies relevant policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000080\">New Features<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>[CAB] In &#8220;Salary Sheet&#8221; page &#8220;Export Pay Sheet&#8221; button is added.<\/li>\n<li>[CAB] In &#8220;Payroll Cycle Transactions&#8221; page, the following buttons are added: &#8220;Button Takes User to Salary Sheet Page&#8221;, &#8220;Export Salary Sheet&#8221; and &#8220;Export Pay Sheet&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Changes [HR] User can send permission requests whether his calendar is assigned or not.
