In this case, all of the employee\u2019s data will be available on the application and editable. The employee will be subjected to the policy set by the company.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">Resigned<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It means that the employee has chosen to quite working in the company willingly. In this case, all of the employee\u2019s data will be available on the application but non editable.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #c20606\">Terminated<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It means that the employee was fired by the company.
